Please read these Terms carefully before using Luni ("the App") operated by Anna Dai ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Luni, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Luni, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Luni on Apple devices you own or control. This license does not allow you to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you create in Luni. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Luni is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice.

4. iCloud Sync and Sharing

Luni uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to sync data between your devices and with your partner. By using sync and sharing features:

Your data is stored on Apple's iCloud servers, subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
You are responsible for managing who you share data with.
We are not responsible for data loss from iCloud disruptions or your iCloud account security.

5. Free and Premium Features

Free Tier

Luni's core functionality is free: feeding, sleep, diaper, and growth tracking; CloudKit partner sharing; WHO growth percentile charts; sleep insights; and a preview of up to 3 Swiss health reminders.

Luni Pro (One-Time Purchase)

Luni Pro unlocks personalised sleep predictions and the full Swiss health information library, including all age-based checkups, vaccinations, administrative deadlines, and developmental milestones.

Billing

One-time, non-recurring payment processed through the Apple App Store
Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
No subscriptions, recurring fees, or auto-renewals
Premium features remain unlocked permanently once purchased
Restorable on any device signed into the same Apple ID

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Luni is a personal care tracking tool and is NOT a medical device or service.

Do not rely on Luni as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Always consult your paediatrician or healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Growth tracking and sleep prediction are for personal reference only.
Swiss health reminders are compiled from publicly available information (BAG, SGP, ch.ch, cantonal portals). They may be incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to your specific situation.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to BAG, SGP, ch.ch, or any Swiss government body.

7. Intellectual Property

Luni, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is owned by Anna Dai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked. You may retain data stored in your iCloud account. You may terminate at any time by deleting the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LUNI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT SWISS HEALTH REMINDER SCHEDULES ARE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR APPLICABLE TO YOUR CANTON.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANNA DAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LUNI. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR CHF 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you through the App for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
